Fueled by the rage of angsty adolescence, Laura and the Hell Cutz are an alt-punk group made up of attitude-driven rock babez from Naarm (Melbourne). Composed of Laura Russo (vocals, rhythm guitar), Bella Thompson-Hope (lead guitar, backing vocals), Liz Hernyak (bass, backing vocals), and Dylan Connolly (drums), the four-piece are nailing their name to the wall of the Naarm rock scene. Their songs are soaked in 90s inspired grunge riffs and fierce, forthcoming lyrics that tell stories of anger, grief, and exploration of feminine perspectives that challenge traditional notions and expectations of womanhood. They’ve got a lot to say and a way of saying it with their chest.
